Dr. Elle Farajian
Dr. Elle Farajian D.P.M., AACFAS

Dr. Elle Farajian is an Associate of the prestigious American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and is recognized as one of Orange County's leading practitioners in both preventative and surgical care of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Farajian received her doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, FL, where she was involved in researching and working with children affected by Cerebral Palsy at the Miami Children's Hospital. She completed a three-year postgraduate residency training program In Podiatric Medicine & Surgery from Atlanta VA Medical which included extensive conservative and surgical training in the diseases of the foot, ankle and lower leg.

Her private practice started in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was affiliated with several hospitals and two different Podiatric residency teaching institutions. Dr. Farajian continued to be involved in lecturing and coordinating seminars for her Residency Program while in Private practice in Atlanta, Georgia.  She relocated to Orange County in order to be close to her family.  She has also taken time to volunteer her help, most recently traveling to South America as part of the visiting team of surgeons for the Colombian/American orthopedic foundation (a non-profit organization to aid the underprivileged children of South America with severe orthopedic deformities).

Dr. Farajian is committed to providing quality care to all patients with a gentle touch, and she caters to "podiatry chickens." She sees her patients as part of her family, because after all, "to not care is unforgivable," and has earned their affection as a skilled surgeon who they call "the OC Foot Healer."
